Shalom,

Maybe this could be a difficult question to answer as there can be various factors to take into account, but I am trying to get a basic idea of the lowest night and early morning temperatures generally experienced on the trails in non urban areas from 'Early May' till the 'End of June', on a route beginning in Golan (South to North), then joining the INT and heading South and Central on the INT. Information on daily temperatures in each season has been easy to find, and is listed in the guide book, but this question is being asked so that I can then more easily determine the correct kind of sleep materials to bring in my pack and to avoid carrying something that may be overkill in being too warm (or perhaps not warm enough).

The average temps are available in the preface to the guide. Golan height temps are similar to upper Galilee.
It is impossible to be more precise than that.

Ok, thanks Yankale.  I'll report my findings once on the trail.
